Am i ready for bigger achievement in 2011?

First thing i would like to say sorry to all my readers for lack of update for this month, even though i had great ideas to upgrade my blog to better content but i hardly had the time to do it for this month may. I had been task to do several projects at one shot and hardly breathe. The first big project was my parent house was under renovation due to the government upgrading plan during the general election. The plan was to change our water pipes, toliet bowl, door and metal gate. It was very inconvenient because i am not able to live inside for 10days and i had to depend on my wife sisters house for staying outside. Let me show you what happened to my toliet and you will understand. Please see below photo!

As you can see the whole toliet was been remake ! And therefore no toliet to use for 10days! It was kind of torture and suffering. In the end i decided to stay at my wife sisters house for 10days. Now the toliet is finally up and serve me well, other than that we also throw away alot of old stuffs! And now the house look bigger now. This May i had been thinking alot too, i was task to handle one of the affiliate marketing project for a brokerage firm in UK. Initially i rejected it because i am not sure whether i am ready for my OWN company. Every year i set a goal for myself and this year 2011 the goal was be more stable and had enough saving for the upcoming house which is still building by the governement right now.

I had never thought that i will be so focus on SEO, therefore i decided to do some private coaching as a test for myself for the last 2months. With my private coaching it is actually speeding up my income saving this past few months. My students feedback to me that my own style of coaching is very different from other people, it is because of my flow and my IT technical background that i tend to explain to people using layman term. With that i will continue to do private coaching for those who are interested in learning SEO.

So what is this bigger achievement i am talking about? I am currently setting my own company in order for me to get more business for SEO services. The reason for me to open a company instead of freelance is because it is more recognise in singapore if you are a company. I had also secure some funds from my partners and they agreed to use some of the startup capital to build up the company SEO assets. We will be focusing on providing SEO services for offline/online business

Setting up my own company will be my biggest achievement?

I had been through several partnership before and each time it end up in a nasty way. This time the partnership is different because i will be one leading it, one question to me is that am i ready to lead? I had suffered some side effect before because last time i used to lead, but it end up i let my comrade suffered heavily becauseof my bad leadership skill.

After several meeting with my partners and i decided is time for me to stand up again and recover from my failure from the past. Setting up a company is not a easy job but because of my past experience and failure this time round i managed to setup faster and in a more corporate direction. Throughout the setting up i had also manged to obtain some joint venture deal and soon will be discuss this coming few weeks. I will be going to put in alot of effort after my studies this coming june and if the company really run well, this will be my biggest achievement so far.

What is achievement to me every year?

Achievement to me is like a step of moving forward in life rather than moving backward. So if i hit my achievement every year, i will know that i had been moving forward then i will be very motivated to set a higher goal and to achieve it. Still i will contine with my plan online income plan and i believe i am ready for bigger achievement.
